Payment
Your Way CPR gladly accepts the following forms of payment:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Discover Card
  • Check
  • Money orders
  • Cash

In order to receive the AHA card upon completion of class, all payments must be paid 24 hours prior to entry into the course. Your Way CPR reserves the right to amend this policy at anytime. Payments on the day of the course will result in mailing the AHA card which you will receive in 3 to 5 business days. Refunds shall be issued according to our refund policy (see below).

Rescheduling
Request for rescheduling of a class must be made no later than 2 days prior to the date of the class that is scheduled. (Exceptions: personal illness, course cancellations and other request as granted by Your Way CPR ) Failure to make such a request as above shall result in an additional fee of $20.00 (US) for CPR class and $50 (US) for Instructor course paid prior to admission to rescheduled class. If rescheduling falls under an exception then no fee shall be imposed. If you do not feel safe traveling due to weather conditions please call and reschedule. Your safety is important to us.

No Show Policy
If you are scheduled for a class and payment was not received prior to the date of class, and you do not show up for your scheduled time you will not be allowed to sign up for another class without either reserving your spot with a credit card or paying for the class in person at the time of rescheduling.  You will also be subject to the additional $10.00 rescheduling fee at the time of signing up for another course.

Privacy Policy
Any information shared with Your Way CPR is under certain privacy provisions. Information shared with Your Way CPR will be handled by our organization and not shared, sold, or reproduced. Your Way CPR will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
  • We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Your Way CPR to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
  • To fulfill your requests for certain products and services;

  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
