In Brooklyn and Rancho Dominguez, they offer BLS for Healthcare Provider which is a pediatric and adult CPR with external ventricular defibrillation and how to handle a foreign- body airway obstruction. Also includes a two- rescuer scene and using of the bag mask. In Northridge and Santa Monica they offer same day certification for BLS for Healthcare Provider, HeartSaver CPR/AED and First Aid, and First Aid Only. In the Second offer, it provides teaches CPR, First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) that meets the OSHA requirements. Another part of it is the AHA Instructor Course which is broken down into 4 parts. The first one is a one day class, the second one is the observation followed by skills presentation and the last one is the lecture presentation. For the BLS/ HeartSaver/First Aid, the candidate must be at least 16 years old, completed the application, must complete the core instructor course and have a current provider status that they wish to teach. It is a 10 hour class and a three monitoring meetings which includes CPR in adult, child and infant.

The course also includes completion of the AHA instructor card, full support and assistance and the opportunity to join in their Training Site.
